The Salesforce Project Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and supporting the full project lifecycle of multiple customer implementations. This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of multiple implementation projects from initiation to closure
Work closely with senior customer stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure successful project delivery
Be a trusted advisor to the customer, understanding the customer’s end-to-end business, their challenges, goals, and areas of future growth
Participate in requirements gathering by identifying project areas where discovery is needed and documenting all discovery sessions
Translate requirements into user stories, work closely with Tech Lead to ensure tasks are comprehensive
Create and maintain project documentation, including detailed project plans and Jira board
Manage and report on project progress and customer communication
Deliver completed deliverables to customers and lead regular project update meetings with customers
Lead daily standup with internal resources
Lead sprint ceremonies, including grooming and retrospective meetings
Draft sign-off documentation and ensure customer approval
Proactively resolve and escalate issues as they arise
Work with QA department to ensure all deliverables are tested
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget

Requirements and/or Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 3 years experience in software development project management.
Salesforce platform experience and software implementation/SDLC experience are required.
Understanding of Agile/scrum development methodology
Advanced time management and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate comfortably and effectively with all levels of an organization
Strong focus on process improvement
Have a passion for achieving customer success
Required: Salesforce Administrator certification
